Black Pepper Restaurant & Café, established in October 2020, will serve you unforgettable fusion cuisine from Asia, Indo-Chinese, Afro-Caribbean and Europe.

FISH PLATTER

Authentic mixed fish platter which includes Salmon, Tuna, Sea Bass, Prawns served with Chips. Choice of tender catfish or redfish fillets, tossed in our cajun seasoned fish fry batter, fried ’til golden brown and served with tartar or cocktail sauce.

JERK CHICKEN

Summer parties can only be improved by a big platter of jerk chicken. Try Levi Roots’ sticky jerk chicken wings as a party nibble, or make more substantial jerk chicken thighs to fit in a flatbread or alongside rice and peas. Andi Oliver’s jerk chicken and cornmeal waffles is next level.

This lamb biryani recipe consists of two distinct dishes – succulent lamb curry and aromatic rice. Each component is delicious in its own right, and then the two are layered together in a casserole and baked.
